Scope of this notice

This notice covers earpieceai.com, private-beta applications submitted through this website, and email contact with Earpiece.ai. It does not cover the Earpiece mobile application, conversation recordings, transcripts, private-beta accounts, or AI processing. A separate privacy notice describing the tested application and its providers will be published before external beta access.

Who operates this website

Earpiece.ai is the name used for this early-stage project. A separate legal entity has not yet been formed. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@earpieceai.com.

Information handled through the website

• Technical and security information. When you visit, the hosting and security provider may process information such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events.
• Private-beta application information. When applications are open, the form asks for your name, email address, country, preferred language, Android device and operating-system details, expected use and frequency, eligibility confirmations, application consent, and a separate optional marketing choice. Do not include conversation content or other people's personal information.
• Information you send by email. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content, attachments, and delivery information associated with your message.

The website does not offer an account. Earpiece.ai has not added analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies to it.

Why information is used

• To deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website
• To respond to questions and private-beta access requests
• To review eligibility, prevent duplicate applications, and manage the limited applicant pool
• To prevent abuse and protect the website and its visitors
• To meet applicable legal obligations and protect legal rights

Sending an email is optional. Please do not include conversation recordings, transcripts, or sensitive or confidential information in an initial access request.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, security, Turnstile abuse prevention, database storage, and inbound email forwarding. Turnstile checks whether a submission appears automated but does not receive the form fields. Google provides the destination mailbox used to receive messages. Resend provides application confirmations and authenticated outbound email. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own infrastructure and contractual arrangements.

Sharing and sale

Personal information may be disclosed to the service providers needed to operate the website and email, or when required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or rights-protection purposes. Earpiece.ai does not sell personal information collected through this website.

Retention

A private-beta application is scheduled for automatic deletion 90 days after submission. A withdrawal request will be processed earlier. If an applicant becomes a tester, any necessary tester or account record is governed separately and the original application is not retained indefinitely. Optional marketing permission does not extend the application's 90-day retention period.

Email correspondence is kept while it is needed to respond to or administer a request, and may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for security, record-keeping, dispute, or legal purposes. Technical and security records are handled according to the operational settings and retention practices of the website provider. This notice does not set retention periods for the mobile application or conversation data.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used for the website and its email services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, or objection. Send requests to privacy@earpieceai.com. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity and protect the information involved.

Private-beta application conditions

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a compatible Android phone, use only conversations they are authorized to capture, and be able to obtain explicit permission from every participant before recording. The beta is not offered for covert recording, emergencies, minors, clinical care, legal representation, employment decisions, financial decisions, or other highly sensitive or regulated activity.

Earpiece uses remote transcription and AI processing. Beta output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against the transcript. Applying permits Earpiece.ai to process the application and contact the applicant about beta access; it does not create an account or guarantee admission. Marketing messages require a separate optional choice.
